The screen basket of centrifuge is a high-speed rotating part. When it works, the screen basket not only bears the vibration load but also the severe impact of the material, so the strength and accuracy requirements are relatively high.
The screen basket of centrifuge is mainly composed of upper flange, lower flange, reinforcing rib, reinforcing ring and stainless steel cone-shaped mesh cylinder. Among them, the stainless steel cone-shaped screen cylinder is made of several fan-shaped screens by welding. The fan-shaped screen is made of stainless steel wire rolled into wedge-shaped screen strips and supporting strips by welding with special equipment. The screen bars are arranged along the cone bus of the screen basket. In order to reduce the blocking of screen seam, the screen seam is made into wedge. The screen seam is generally 0.3-1MM, which can also be determined according to the user's requirements. The screen basket is connected with the main machine with bolts through the holes on the upper flange or the lower flange. The screen bar and support bar are wear-resistant and non-magnetic stainless steel. In general, their service life is 3-4 months.
